Join us on Aug. 21-23 for the ISAC Annual Conference taking place in person at the Veteran’s Memorial Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center. Each August, ISAC brings together county officials and employees from across the state for this educational conference. This is going to be an unforgettable event that will feature a great agenda and a casual feel with a lot of education, networking, and activities. Registration opens on the ISAC registration website on Wednesday, June 5, and will close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7.

IIHR's Iowa Flood Center (IFC) and Iowa Geological Survey (IGS) will have an educational exhibit during the event, as well as a session during the "Water in Iowa," educational seminar. The session will take place on Aug. 21 from 3 to 4:15 p.m., featuring IIHR Director and IFC Co-Founder Larry Weber and IGS Director Keith Schilling who will provide an update on flood and drought resources available to Iowans.
