Marcela Rojas Oliveros is a design engineer at the Iowa Flood Center. She works to develop rating curves for bridge sensors at many locations on rivers in Iowa as part of a project with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Yusuf Sermet is an assistant research scientist at the Iowa Flood Center. His research focuses broadly on artificial intelligence, natural language processing, big data science, data mining, scientific visualization, citizen science, camera-based sensors, augmented and virtual reality, GPGPU, and web-based development.

Breanna Shea is a program manager at the Iowa Flood Center. She develops and implements communications and outreach programs for IFC projects.

Soheyla Tofighi is a graduate research assistant at the Iowa Flood Center.

Dr. Vergara is a faculty research engineer at the Iowa Flood Center providing expertise in hydrologic modeling with a focus on river-flood and flash-flood forecasting.

Larry Weber is the IIHR director, a professor of civil and environmental engineering, and the Edwin B. Green Chair in Hydraulics. With Director Witold Krajewski, he helped create the IFC and continues to be active in its development through work with the Iowa Legislature

Kaleb Young is a graduate research assistant at the Iowa Flood Center.

Nate Young is associate director of the Iowa Flood Center and a research engineer at IIHR—Hydroscience and Engineering.

Laura Zepeski is a graduate research assistant at the Iowa Flood Center.
