George Constantinescu is a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Iowa and a research engineer at IIHR—Hydroscience and Engineering.

Bekir Zahit Demiray is a graduate research assistant at the Iowa Flood Center.

Teresa Gaffey is the director of finance and business operations at IIHR—Hydroscience & Engineering and the Iowa Flood Center.

Kate Giannini is a Program Manager at IIHR, where she leads partner engagement and strategic initiatives to enhance flood resilience across Iowa. With a background in watershed management, and conservation implementation, she collaborates with communities, researchers, and stakeholders to translate flood science into actionable solutions.

Daniel Gilles is a water resources engineer at the Iowa Flood Center. He develops flood models to simulate how flooding occurs in communities.

Radek Goska is a design engineer at the Iowa Flood Center. His research interests include database development, real-time data acquisition for the Iowa Flood Information System and other projects, and the development of GUI for hydro-NEXRAD and XPOL radars.

Santiago Henao Gomez is a graduate research assistant at the Iowa Flood Center.

Witek Krajewski is the former director and a current faculty research engineer at the Iowa Flood Center. His scientific research interests concern multiple aspects of rainfall measurement, modeling, forecasting, and estimation, using radar and satellite remote sensing.

Anton Kruger is a research engineer at IIHR and the Iowa Flood Center, as well as a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Iowa

Jerry Mount is an assistant research scientist in the Iowa Flood Center

Marian Muste is a research engineer with IIHR—Hydroscience and Engineering and an adjunct professor of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Iowa. His research interests include river monitoring, uncertainty analysis, and cyberinfrastructure-based watershed data and information systems.

James Niemeier is an assistant research scientist at the Iowa Flood Center. His work includes developing, building, and deploying new instrumentation.

Felipe Quintero Duque is an assistant research scientist at the Iowa Flood Center. He works to enhance the Iowa Flood Information System by designing tools that enable river stage forecasts for any location in Iowa.

Marcela Rojas Oliveros is a design engineer at the Iowa Flood Center. She works to develop rating curves for bridge sensors at many locations on rivers in Iowa as part of a project with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Breanna Shea is a program manager at the Iowa Flood Center. She develops and implements communications and outreach programs for IFC projects.

Dr. Vergara is a faculty research engineer at the Iowa Flood Center providing expertise in hydrologic modeling with a focus on river-flood and flash-flood forecasting.

Larry Weber is the IIHR director, a professor of civil and environmental engineering, and the Edwin B. Green Chair in Hydraulics. With Director Witold Krajewski, he helped create the IFC and continues to be active in its development through work with the Iowa Legislature

Nate Young is associate director of the Iowa Flood Center and a research engineer at IIHR—Hydroscience and Engineering.
